  1. In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla.
  2. Add chia seeds and whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir once after 30 minutes to prevent seeds from settling.
  5. The pudding is ready when thick and creamy.
  6. Serve topped with dark chocolate chips and fresh berries.
