- Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
- Add lime juice and salt. Mash with a fork to desired consistency.

- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a spread.
Tips
- Use ripe avocados that give slightly when pressed.
- Press plastic wrap directly on surface to prevent browning if storing.
