Crispy Tofu Stir Fry

- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water. Cut into cubes.
- Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Fry tofu until golden and crispy on all sides. Set aside.
- Add remaining oil. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and 2 tbsp water. Add to the wok.
- Return crispy tofu to the wok and toss to coat.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
