  1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Turn to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for best results).
  4. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess.
  6. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with steamed vegetables.
