  5. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts if using.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet, flattening slightly.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
