- Beat eggs in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, red chili powder, and turmeric.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander to the eggs. Mix well.
- Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture and spread evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is set.
- Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot with bread or paratha.
